Company Policy
At SilkCO.70, every service is designed with a scalp-first, health-focused approach. To
ensure the highest level of care, consistency, and experience for all clients, please review the
following policies prior to booking.
Booking & Reservation Policy
All appointments require a 35% non-refundable reservation fee at the time of booking.
This fee:
● Secures your appointment
● Is applied to your final service total
In the event of late cancellations or no-shows, the reservation fee will be forfeited.
New & Returning Client Requirements
All new clients are required to book the SilkCO Signature Press (New Client Experience).
Returning clients who have not visited within 6 weeks are required to book the SilkCO
Signature Maintenance Press + Protein Treatment & Trim.
These services are designed to restore the hair and re-establish a healthy foundation before
proceeding with maintenance styling.
Consultation Requirement
Clients experiencing hair loss, thinning, or scalp conditions must begin with a SilkCO Level I
Scalp Consultation, available virtually or in-person.
This consultation is the first step in the scalp health process and is required before booking a
Level II Comprehensive Scalp Consultation or Advanced Scalp Therapy Services.
Booking the Appropriate Service
Services are scheduled based on hair type, length, density, and condition.
Please review all service descriptions carefully prior to booking. If you are unsure, we
recommend contacting us before scheduling.
Incorrectly booked services may require:
● Adjustments
● Upgrades
● Or rescheduling
Pricing Transparency
All service prices are starting at rates.
Final pricing may vary based on:
● Length
● Density
● Condition
● Time and product required
Any adjustments will be discussed prior to beginning your service.
Arrival & Late Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
● 15+ minutes late: service may be adjusted or rescheduled
● 20+ minutes late: appointment may be forfeited
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may:
● Result in a cancellation fee
● Require a deposit for future bookings
Detangling Policy
Hair should arrive in a reasonably manageable state.
Excessive tangling or matting may:
● Require additional time and a detangling fee
● Or result in rescheduling
Product & Buildup Policy
For best results, please arrive with hair free of:
● Heavy oils
● Grease
● Excessive product buildup
Additional cleansing may be required if buildup is present.
Scalp Therapy Policy
All scalp therapy services include a blow-dry only.
Styling must be booked separately.
Service Enhancement Responsibility
Clients are responsible for booking appropriate enhancements for:
● Length
● Density
● Extended time
Failure to do so may result in:
● Additional charges
● Service adjustments
● Or rescheduling
Hair & Scalp Integrity
SilkCO.70 prioritizes the health of your hair and scalp above all else.
Services may be modified or declined if they could compromise the integrity of the hair or scalp.
Results & Treatment Expectations
Results may vary based on:
● Consistency
● Internal health factors
● Client adherence to recommendations
At SilkCO.70, we focus on addressing what is happening internally, as the scalp and hair
often reflect underlying imbalances.
Our goal is to provide education, customized care, and support for long-term hair and scalp
wellness.
Guest Policy
To maintain a calm and elevated environment, additional guests or children are not permitted
unless they are receiving services.
Right to Refuse Service
SilkCO.70 reserves the right to refuse or modify services if:
● Hair or scalp integrity is compromised
● The requested service is not in the best interest of the client’s hair health
Accepted Forms of Payment
